What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any project details you share, along with the source information described below. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We use service providers to operate the website, measure website and campaign activity, schedule appointments and communicate with you.

We protect the information you give us with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

SMS / text messaging

If you choose informational text messages, we may text you about your consultation, consultation follow-up, and appointment reminders. If you separately choose marketing text messages, we may text you about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Neither choice is required to request a consultation or make a purchase. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, or reply STOP to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

If you opt into email, we may send design ideas and occasional offers. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use website and campaign analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. Browser-tab storage preserves the landing page, referring page and campaign information as you move between pages. When you submit an inquiry, that source information, including campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when available, is recorded with your inquiry.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, with our marketing agency, to measure our advertising and to show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. These services receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the ad that brought you here. We do not send them what you type into our forms. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we leave them switched off.
